Morning Madness

I will tell you now.
My two horses love each other. Sage is Poco's pacifier.
One more thing you need to know; my horses live between two pastures.
Our neighbor friends had a vacant pasture that's about two acres, and this past summer they offered it for our horses.
So, between the two horses, sometimes the pasture gets eaten down. So to fix that I have to switch them from my pasture, to the neighbors pasture(which I might add is a mile down the road!), alternating the horses between hay here at Highland and pasture down there.
So today was Poco's turn to come home, and Sage to stay down there.
Well, Poco wasn't about to be happy about it.

Oh the fuss he puts up.

The birds weren't amused..

And then about that time my camera went dead.
IT WENT DEAD.
And I'm making CORN FRITTERS and it went DEAD. How about that? (I got the recipe from my very favorite site, chickensintheroad.com)
I'm just going to not do anything until my batteries recharge.
Anything.
Except eat my corn fritters.
